I can't believe I finally finished deciding what colors the design is going to be. I hope the printing turns out to be just as good as it looks now.

Today, I was on the computer having fun with what colors to make my designs that's going to be on my shirts. I think I finally got them chosen, but hopefully you'll see the final look of them soon.

Sorry for the fact that I haven't been blogging all of this month. I've been busy with making art and getting ready for all of my shows, to where I forgot to blog. Some of my work is at Mother Fools all for September. Then there's a Willie Street art fair going on as well in September 19th and 20th. Then there's October 2nd at the Common Wealth Center where my art group I'm in will be there. And finally there's all of November, I'll have a solo art show going on at Electric Earth's coffee shop. So as you can probably see that I've been busy with getting things ready for the shows and getting things done for my business.

My Guardian Angel

This poem that I wanted to blog or post, goes with my last blog.

Mom,
you're my guardian angel.

Over the years,
you have given me comfort,
you have given me,
a place to run to when I was
in need of help,
when I needed a shoulder to cry on,
or even something just as small,
as coming to you when
I wanted to tell you
who ever I have liked,
you have even given me
so much of your love
when they broke my
heart into pieces.

Mom,
you're my guardian angel.

You are the one that
allowed me to be a dreamer,
you are the one that
would guard my path
that leads to ALL of my dreams,
because you were the
only one that has
always believed in me.

Mom,
you are,
and always will be
my guardian angel.

My Inspiration

I wanted to post a picture of one of my inspirations, it just happens to also be my own mother. She loved flowers, birds and butterflies all during my childhood. Before she died, she'd ask me to help her with her flowers. Every time she was in her gardens, is when I'd see her being happy. Before I started to draw and paint flowers or nature because of her, but now, lately I've started to think that she's become them things.

Today

Today, I've got a meeting at 10, but after that, I'm planning on working on my painting more. Yesterday, I had a hard time working on it, but I could not get it to work. So today I'm giving it another try.

New Big Painting

Today, I'm going to start working on a picture that is of a hand and stars. It's titled: Reaching For The Stars. I'll post it with the story after I'm finished with it.

New Painting

Hey, today I'm finishing up a new painting. To me, they almost look like panthies. You know, those flowers that looks like pandas. And I'm also going to go out for a supply run.

Today I went to the Ovature gallery in down town Madison, which is in Wisconsin, USA. I'm thinking of possibly putting some of my work up there, as soon as I can get more of my artworking done.

Today, I'm going to try to get a new painting or drawing started.
